 Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments, this provides opportunity for others to be contacted to fill this time.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to your booked appointment will incur a cancellation charge subject to the full fee of your booking. Please email: info@yphysio.com at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid these fees. This policy includes ‘failed to attend’ appointments.
